This is one of my most taught type of baskets. Students will learn about the types of materials that can be used, where to find them and how to prepare them to weave a basket. The class is a three hour workshop and the materials are prepared and supplied for the class. Most students will be able to make and finish a small basket in this class learning to use plaiting and twining weavings techniques. I supply some natural materials like shells, stones and or seed pods students can use to embellish there baskets if they have time in class.

My class size limit during the pandemic is limited to one or two who live with each other in same household. I charge $35 per person or $30 each for two people. This includes the materials prepared and use of tools.
